Stop running a seven-figure channel on a spreadsheet.
Polanel gives B2B software companies one place for deal registration with conflict detection, co-selling workspaces, tiered programs with automated MDF and commission payouts, and attribution your CFO will actually sign off on. Two-way sync with Salesforce and HubSpot.
Launching with a small cohort of partner teams in 2026. Onboarding handled by the founders.

2x
typical win-rate lift on enterprise deals when a partner is attached before evaluation starts.
6+ hrs
a week the average partner manager spends reconciling deal reg spreadsheets against the CRM.
Everything your partner motion runs on, in one system.
Portal, deal reg, enablement, payouts, and reporting. Built for the VP Partnerships who is tired of being the human middleware between partners and the CRM.
Deal registration with conflict detection
Every registration is checked against open pipeline in Salesforce or HubSpot before it gets approved. Overlaps are flagged with the matching opportunity attached, so a dispute ends in minutes with evidence, not in a month of email archaeology.
Payouts that run on closed-won data
Set MDF and commission rules per tier once. When a deal closes in your CRM, the payout accrues automatically and lands in an approval queue. Partners see exactly what they are owed, on what deal, and when it pays. No more quarterly reconciliation calls.
Attribution the board will accept
Sourced, influenced, and co-sold revenue, split by partner, tier, and segment. The numbers match what your CFO sees in the CRM because they come from the CRM. Walk into the board meeting with a channel contribution figure you can defend.
Live in a week. Not a quarter.
Launch your portal
Connect Salesforce or HubSpot, import your partner list, and set tiers. Publish enablement content with certification tracking so you know which partner reps are actually ready to sell.
Partners register deals
Submissions are matched against your open pipeline in real time. Clean deals get approved on your rules. Conflicts get flagged with the overlapping opportunity, an audit trail, and a clear owner.
Payouts and attribution run themselves
Closed-won deals trigger MDF and commission accruals per your tier rules. Attribution reporting updates continuously, so the answer to "what is the channel worth" is a link, not a project.
Priced by partner accounts, not seats.
Unlimited users inside every partner firm. Your team and theirs work from the same record.

The questions channel chiefs ask first.
How does deal registration conflict detection actually work?
When a partner submits a registration, Polanel matches it against open opportunities in your CRM by account domain, company name, and deal timing. A clean submission auto-approves on rules you set. An overlap goes to conflict review with the matching opportunity shown side by side: who touched the account first, when, and with what activity. You define the resolution policy, for example first-to-register wins or direct-sourced deals are protected, and every decision is logged. The goal is that a dispute takes ten minutes and leaves a record both sides can see.
Which direction does the CRM sync run?
Both, and you control each side. Polanel reads accounts and opportunities from Salesforce or HubSpot to power conflict detection and attribution. It writes approved registrations back as opportunities with partner fields populated, then keeps stage and amount updated as the deal moves. Field mapping and write permissions are explicit, so your RevOps team decides exactly what Polanel is allowed to touch. Nothing writes to your CRM without a mapping you approved.
How do MDF and commission payouts work?
You define rules per tier: commission percentages on closed-won registered deals, MDF accrual as a share of partner-sourced revenue, or fixed program budgets. When a deal closes in the CRM, the accrual is calculated automatically and queued for approval. At launch, execution runs through your existing AP process via export, so finance stays in control of the actual money movement. Partners see a live statement of what they have earned and what is queued.
You are pre-launch. What does early access get me?
A working product, not a waitlist. Early access customers get founder-led onboarding, migration of your existing deal reg spreadsheet, a direct line to the team building the product, and Growth pricing locked for 12 months. In return we ask for honest feedback and a weekly 30-minute call during your first two months. We are deliberately keeping the first cohort small.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours. Full export of partners, registrations, payout history, and attribution data in CSV at any time, no exit fee, no retention hostage-taking. Your CRM remains the system your opportunities live in, so leaving Polanel never means losing pipeline data.
Your partners are already driving revenue. Prove it.
